Updating your Credit Card

To update the credit card used for your Ok Alone subscription, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Ok Alone dashboard.

2. In the left-hand menu, click Account.
   

3. Under Update your Credit Card Details, enter your new card information:

   • Card number

   • Expiry date

   • CVC/CVV
     

4. Check the confirmation box to agree to the billing terms.
   

5. Click Submit.
   

What happens next
• Your new card will be charged at your next billing cycle.
• You’ll see a confirmation message on screen.

• If your card is declined, verify the number and expiry date with your bank.
