How to Send a Message to Your Monitor on Your iPhone

Keep your monitor informed of route changes, location updates, or any other important details—all from within the OK Alone iPhone app.

1. Why Send a Message?

You may need to send your monitor information, such as:

• Your planned route or detours

• Mileage or time estimates

• Location details if you’re moving out of network coverage

• Changes to your schedule or tasks

• Any other updates that help your monitor support you

2. Sending a Message

1. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top of the screen.

2. In the side menu, select Send a Message.

3. On the Add a message screen, tap inside the large white text box.

4. Type your message using the on-screen keyboard.

5. Tap the orange Send Message button to deliver your update.
