For Lone Workers: How to Start Using OK Alone

Receive Your Access PIN
Once your organization adds you to OK Alone, you’ll get a unique PIN by email or text. -
Download the OK Alone App
Get the app on your device:-
Windows PC users can download the desktop app via the Microsoft Store.

Log In and Start Your Shift
Open the app, enter your PIN, and tap Start Shift to begin. This activates location tracking and check-in reminders. -
Check In Regularly
Respond to check-in prompts within the app before the timer expires to confirm your safety. -
Use Emergency Features
If you need help, tap the Help button or use gestures like shaking your phone to send an alert to your monitor(s). -
End Your Shift
When your work is done, tap End Shift to stop tracking and alerts.
