Useful App Links: Quick Access to Forms and Resources

The Useful App Links feature provides easy, direct access to essential forms, safety resources, and emergency contacts within your OK Alone app. 

This article explains how to use the Useful App Links feature effectively and highlights its benefits for both workers and administrators.

What are Useful App Links?

Useful App Links let your organization add links directly into the OK Alone app, enabling you to quickly access vital resources, such as:

• Daily check-in forms (e.g., Morning Check-In)
• Incident reporting forms
• Emergency contacts
• Safety guidelines and resources

All these links are conveniently located under the new Useful Links section in your app menu.

How to view Useful App Links on the OK Alone App

Follow these simple steps to access the Useful App Links:

1. Open the OK Alone app on your smartphone (iPhone or Android) or use the web app.
2. Tap on the menu icon to open the navigation panel.
3. Select Useful Links from the list.
4. You will see organized categories created by your organization, each containing relevant links.
5. Tap on a link to open it directly in your device’s default browser or appropriate external app.

Managing Useful App Links (For Admins)

Administrators can manage and organize these resources through the OK Alone online dashboard easily:

1. Log in to your OK Alone dashboard at my.okalone.net.
2. Go to the Management >> Useful App Links section.
3. Create new Sections to group links (e.g., Daily Check-In, Incident Reports).
4. Add links by entering a Name and URL for each resource.
5. Your changes are immediately available in the app.
