Overview
The App Location Settings Report shows each worker’s device type and whether their location permissions are configured correctly. Use this report to quickly identify who may need assistance updating their app settings for accurate GPS tracking, Worker FAQs.
1. How to Access the Report

In the dashboard, click Reports under Reports & Logs.

On the Reports home page, locate Worker Reports.

Select Location Settings.
2. Understanding Report Columns

Worker: Name or identifier of the employee.

Device Type: Android, iPhone, Web App, or Feature Phone.

Status: Indicates whether the worker’s settings are correct (see definitions below).
3. Status Definitions

Yes: All required settings are enabled.
-
No: Two or more settings are turned off.

Partial: One setting is only partially enabled (e.g., “While Using App”).

Unknown: Worker is on a feature phone without location capability or using an outdated app version.
4. Key Settings Explained

Location Permission: Controls whether the app can gather your location Always, Only While App is Open, or Never.

In-App Location: Toggles location services within the Ok Alone app on or off.

Background Permission: Allows the app to run in the background.

GPS Setting: Sets location accuracy to High, Normal, Non-GPS, or Off.
