Understanding Your Safety Awards Score

How Scores Are Calculated

At month’s end, OK Alone evaluates each worker across four key factors. Each factor receives its score, then they’re combined into a total out of 100. When multiple workers tie, priority is given to those who logged more shifts or hours.

  • App Usage
Are you actively using the app to manage your shifts?

  • Location Accuracy
Are location updates being sent every 1–2 minutes?

  • Correct Usage
Are shifts started on time and check-ins completed as scheduled?

  • Shift Safety
Did you work safely throughout each week of the month?
