1. What Is the Learning Center?

The Learning Center is your go-to resource for mastering lone-worker safety and the Ok Alone platform. It breaks down best practices and system features into short, easy-to-follow modules so your team can:

  • Understand the fundamentals of lone working

  • Learn how Ok Alone keeps them safe

  • Gain confidence using both the mobile app and web dashboard

2. Topics Covered

All Workers complete these five modules:

  1. History of Employee Safety

  2. Lone Worker Scenarios

  3. Getting Started with the App

  4. Data and Privacy

  5. Further App Features

Monitors complete the same five, plus two extras:
6. Explanation of Ok Alone
7. Using the Dashboard

3. Time to Complete

  • Total duration: 15–30 minutes

  • Modules are self-paced—workers and monitors can start, pause, and resume at any time.

4. Granting Access

  1. Log in as an Admin.

  2. Go to Management > Learning Center.

  3. Click Send Links.

  4. Choose your recipients (Workers or Monitors).

  5. Confirm—each person will receive a unique email or SMS link to start their training.

5. Tracking Progress

  1. In the same Management > Learning Center page, you’ll see a dashboard showing:

    • Who’s been sent a link

    • Who’s started and their completion percentage

    • Who’s finished all modules

  2. Use these insights to nudge late starters or recognize fully trained team members.
