Use the Android app to keep your monitor informed of changes to your plans, location details, or any other important updates—no matter where you are.
1. Why Send a Message?
You might need to update your monitor with:

Your planned route or any detours
-
Mileage or time estimates
-
Location details if you’re heading out of network coverage

Changes to your schedule or work tasks
-
Any other situation where a quick update helps keep you safe
2. Sending a Message to Your Monitor

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal white lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.

In the pop-out menu, select Send Message.

On the Send a Message screen, tap inside the large white text box.

Type your message using the on-screen keyboard.

Tap Send Message to deliver your update.

To return to the main dashboard, tap Close.
