How to Set Up Your iHelp Mini Device

Follow these steps to connect your iHelp Mini to the Ok Alone system so you can send Help requests directly from your device. Once connected, notify us at info@okalone.net for final testing.

 

1. Obtain Your IMEI Number

  1. Locate your iHelp Mini owner’s manual or device packaging.

  2. Use the iHelp customer support form to request your device’s IMEI Number.

  3. Save the IMEI Number for the next steps.

2. Activate the iHelp Integration

  1. Log in to your Ok Alone dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings > Extra Features.

  3. In the bottom-right corner, find the Integrations card.

  4. Select iHelp, then click Update Your Features Settings to enable the integration.

 

3. Assign the iHelp Mini to a Worker

  1. In the dashboard, navigate to Workers.

  2. Click Edit next to the worker who will use the iHelp Mini.

  3. Select the iHelp tab on the Edit Worker screen.

  4. Enter the IMEI Number in the IMEI input box.

  5. Click Update Your iHelp Device to save and link the device.

4. Notify Ok Alone for Testing

After saving your IMEI:

  1. Send an email to info@okalone.net.

  2. Include the worker’s name and IMEI Number.

  3. Our team will confirm your setup and help test the device.
