When you’re about to perform a solitary or unfamiliar task—like traveling to a new site or working alone away from base—use the High-Risk Check-In feature for extra peace of mind. It shortens your next check-in interval so your monitor team is alerted sooner if you don’t respond.
1. What Is High-Risk Check-In?
High-Risk Check-In lets you override your normal check-in schedule with a shorter timer—from 5 minutes up to 5 hours. If you miss this shortened check-in, your monitoring team is notified immediately and can dispatch assistance to your last known location.
