While OK Alone has long supported reliable communication through SMS fallback, phone calls, and integrations like Zoleo for remote areas, App Connectivity takes things a step further—offering real-time, actionable insights into the health and connectivity of a worker’s device.
What Is App Connectivity?
App Connectivity monitors key metrics from each worker's mobile device and displays this information in the OK Alone Dashboard:
Battery Level: See if a worker is running low on power and may soon go offline.
Connection Frequency: Understand how often the app is able to connect, indicating whether a worker is in or out of coverage.
Signal Strength (Android only): Gauge the quality of a worker’s connection, helping determine whether a missed check-in is a false alarm or something more serious.
